萬科翡翠天譽追求高端的生活方式和純粹的生活態度,營銷中心則采用典雅輕古典的基調,帶入一點沉穩內斂氣質的設計理念。
圍繞“專屬感、藝術性、設計感”的設計理念,設計師運用灰色石材、深色木飾面以及局部古銅拉絲鋼屏風的點綴,加以線條的提點,營造一個富有典雅氣質、沉穩富有涵養的內斂氣質空間。
設計師摒棄了復雜的肌理和線條裝飾,簡化的同時與現代的材質相結合,突出深厚的文化底蘊,這是高端營銷中心的品質追求,更是充分的精神內涵賦予都市精英人群的圈層價值。

Xi’an Vanke Reputation Sales Center is located at the prosperous and bustling crossroads of science and technology 2nd Road and Zhang 8th North Road in Xi’an city, Shan’xi province. The total area is about 460,000 square meters.
The contractor Vanke Reputation requires high-end lifestyle and sheer attitude of life, and we are requested to design this program in elegant classical tone with a little calm and reserving temperament design.
According to our design philosophy “exclusive sense, artistic and design sense”, we use Paris gray marble, black wood finish and copper wire drawing of stainless steel wall decorations in order to highlight the line and create a space with rich elegance, calm and temperament.
We abandoned the complex texture and decoration, but simplify and combine our design with modern materials to highlight the rich cultural heritage. The program is a high-quality sales center with full of spiritual connotation given to the urban elites circle value.
