Announcement on the International Consultation on the Overall Urban Design Guidelines and Subunit Planning
of Sungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen

　　筍崗-清水河片區(qū)作為深圳市“十二五”重點(diǎn)發(fā)展片區(qū)，也是羅湖區(qū)先行先試建設(shè)國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心的最核心推動(dòng)平臺(tái)，其規(guī)劃建設(shè)得到了深圳市委市政府及社會(huì)各界的高度關(guān)注與重視。目前，由深圳市羅湖區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)共同組織的片區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃國(guó)際咨詢及成果整合工作已完成，筍崗-清水河片區(qū)發(fā)展單元規(guī)劃大綱也正在報(bào)批，該片區(qū)即將進(jìn)入整體更新改造實(shí)施階段。

　　The Sungang-Qingshuihe area is the main development area in Shenzhen’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan and the primary propelling platform as the first try to build Luohu into an international consumer center. It hasbeen gaining great attention from the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, as well as all circles of the society. Presently, the International Consultation of the Regeneration and Redevelopment of Sungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen, which was co-organized by the People’s Government of Luohu District, Shenzhen and Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, and the integration of its deliverables have been completed. Meanwhile, the Development Unit Planning Framework of the Sungang-Qingshuihe Areanow is on the way to be approved. The area will initiate its overall renewal, innovation and implementation.

　　在此背景下，深圳市羅湖區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)組織設(shè)計(jì)單位開展《深圳市筍崗-清水河片區(qū)整體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則》和《深圳市筍崗-清水河片區(qū)子單元規(guī)劃》的編制工作。我們希望以國(guó)際視野和創(chuàng)新理念為筍崗-清水河片區(qū)的塑造具有獨(dú)特魅力的城市形象，為片區(qū)建設(shè)提供具有前瞻性的、可實(shí)施的、操作性強(qiáng)的子單元規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案，并以此推動(dòng)片區(qū)先行先試建設(shè)國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心示范區(qū)。

　　In this context, the People’s Government of Luohu District, Shenzhen and Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality are jointly organizing theInternational Consultation on the OverallUrban Design Guidelines of Sungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen, and the International Consultation on the Subunit Planning ofSungang-Qinghuishe, Shenzhen. We hope that a unique and charming city image, and forward-looking, implementable subunit planning schemes for Sungang-Qingshuihe and its construction can be plotted with international visions and innovative ideas, so as to drive it to take the first try and become a demonstration area for building Luohu into the international consumer center.

　　本次活動(dòng)面向全球公開征集設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，有意向參與本次整體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則和子單元規(guī)劃編制的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（含聯(lián)合體），請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀《深圳市筍崗-清水河片區(qū)整體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則及子單元規(guī)劃編制單位國(guó)際征集應(yīng)征須知》（附件1），并于北京時(shí)間2012年7月24日17:00前將按要求填寫的《深圳市筍崗-清水河片區(qū)整體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制單位國(guó)際征集應(yīng)征報(bào)名表》（附件2）或《深圳市筍崗-清水河片區(qū)子單元規(guī)劃編制單位國(guó)際征集應(yīng)征報(bào)名表》（附件3）進(jìn)行報(bào)名（可同時(shí)報(bào)名參加整體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制和子單元規(guī)劃編制）。

　　This International Consultationis open to all design firms throughout the world. Design firms (including Consortiums) who are interested in these two projects are invited to register by filling out the Application Form of International Consultation on the Overall Urban Design Guidelines of Sungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen(See Appendix 2 for details) or Application Form of International Consultation on the Subunit Planning ofSungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen (See Appendix 3 for details), with reference to the Instruction to Applicants - International Consultation on the OverallUrban Design Guidelines and Subunit Planning of Sungang-Qingshuihe, Shenzhen (See Appendix 1 for details) by 17:00, July 24th, 2012 (Beijing Time). Design Firms can apply for both projects simultaneously.
